At Strands Extensions we strive to provide our customers with the perfect experience by providing quality products and customer service. All of our hair is thoroughly inspected, prepared, and packaged by a professional to ensure that each customer is receiving the best product possible. At Strands Extensions it is our primary focus to make sure our customers are completely satisfied and we have been able to maintain a high level of assurance in the quality of all things Strands!

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. All sales are FINAL.

Delivery Options

Shipping

All orders placed online will be shipped within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS. We highly encourage you to select the signature confirmation for simply an additional $2.  Signature confirmation gives you added security to ensure your package is received.  Once your order has been fulfilled and shippped, you will receive confirmation as well as tracking information for your convenience.

Orders that are placed over the weekend will be shipped out on the next business day.

Texture of the Month Shipping

All orders purchased during the "Texture of the Month" promotion will be shipped within 5-7 business day from the date the order was placed. All orders are shipped via USPS. We highly encourage you to select the signature confirmation for simply an additional $2.  Signature confirmation gives you added security to ensure your package is received.  Once your order has been fulfilled and shippped, you will receive confirmation as well as tracking information for your convenience.

Product Availability

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted immediately in regards to receiving another item in its place. If the substitute item is not acceptable, you have the right to terminate the sale and we will refund the full amount of your hair purchase.
